Payment methods

Make your secure purchase using a credit or debit card, PayPal and MercadoPago to pay in cash at OXXO.

Accreditation times vary depending on your payment method:

Credit or debit card: Instant accreditation.

PayPal: Instant accreditation.

MercadoPago: For credit or debit card payments, the accreditation time is 1 to 4 business hours. For payments made in cash at OXXO or other self-service stores it takes 1 to 2 business days.

Whichever payment method you have chosen, you will receive an email notifying you once your payment has been confirmed.

Please keep in mind that your order will be processed until your payment is confirmed. Payment accreditation depends on and is the complete responsibility of PayPal and Mercadopago, depending on the payment method you selected. For questions about your payment accreditation, rejected payments or clarifications, you must contact your issuing bank, PayPal or MercadoPago directly.
