Refund policy

Return times
We accept returns after 3 business days of receiving the product.

Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Changes
Exchanges and/or returns are not accepted when the products received correspond to those requested by the customer. Exchanges and/or returns apply only if the product has factory defects.
